This month Startup Grind CPT hosts Michael Terespolsky, founder of Col'Cacchio Pizzeria. It was Michael's vision to franchise Col’Cacchio pizzeria and this is where he has focused his attention for the last fourteen years. It is his vision to open a chain of restaurants that sell healthy simple food with no additives or preservatives, to match the lifestyle of the modern day customer, who feels that their health is a way of life. It is in this vein that he strives to grow.
