Michael is the Managing Partner of Bagraims Attorneys (Labour Lawyers).


Matriculated at Cape Town High School and graduated from Rhodes University with a BA in Political Science and thereafter an LLB.

Michael is a Trustee, Committee member, and Executive member of a vast number of well known Associations, Societies and groupings. A wll know institution to our ECCT members is the Cape Chamber of Commerce & Industries, of which Michael is the Immediate Past President and current Chair of their Human Resources Portfolio Committee.

Michael is also a regular contributor on industrial relations and labour law to radio, TV. newspapers and magazines. He is a keen mountain hiker, married to Patsy and have two children.
