Former head of FNB Private Clients, Basani Maluleke will be the guest speaker at the next Destiny Power of 40 event.


Maluleke, a seasoned banker was featured in DESTINY's 2012 Power of 40 report and is set to give the keynote address at the Power of 40 breakfast on 31 October in Pretoria. Having kicked-off her career at Edward Nathan, Maluleke brings a solid legal foundation to her deal making, financial modelling and general management.

While head of FNB Private Clients, she formulated and positioned the unit's growth strategy and restructured the business to match high net worth clients, with sophisticated banking and investment needs, to senior private bankers. She also recruited said senior private bankers and oversaw the rollout of the Private Clients call center.

The November-December 2013 issue of Destiny Man and November issue of Destiny, featuring 2013's Power of 40 Reports, hit shelves on October 13. The annual reports showcase individuals, under the age of 40, who are making waves in various industries, including fashion, science, education, film and entertainment.

The dates and venues for the upcoming events are:
Pretoria on 31 October 2013 at Bondev Royal Elephant; and

Cape Town on 5 December 2013 at the Fire & Ice Hotel.
