The connected workplace is all about networks - understanding how to work them and how to make them strong and sustainable. In networks, anyone can show leadership and it is important that we establish a link with role models to provide a path to follow.
During my interviews for my book, "Gender Matters - A Practical Response to the Slippery Ladder", I have been surprised at how few women could name a role model, both men and women, they look up to.
Through this event, we would want to facilitate conversation with some of the most senior men and women in industry and create business linkages.
