Marketing does not have to cost you an arm and leg to achieve great results.   Marketing when done smartly, with real focused thinking and a vested interest in your customer, their needs, their interests, where they’re shopping, eating and living etc. will be the best return on investment you could ever hope to achieve in your business.  There is nothing worse than having a ‘one-sided’ conversation with your ‘people’ in the hope that ‘someone’ hears you and answers your call for business… In the same vein there is nothing better to feel heard, understood, appreciated and affirmed…If you do customer centric marketing both you and your target audience will feel good about your business…and so the long standing relationship will start and grow into a rich, rewarding and mutually beneficial community.
