18 November Xtraordinary Women: Southern Suburbs Networking Event

THIS IS A MIXED NETWORK. BOTH BUSINESSWOMEN AND MEN ARE WELCOME.

Topic:
Personal Mastery and the Drivers of Human Behaviour
Considering all that is happening in the world today, both locally and internationally, in all aspects of life, it would appear that we are in the grip of a leadership crisis! At Ennea International we are aiming to address this issue. We work directly with leaders and their teams, enabling them be the best that they can be, and to consistently operate at high performance levels. This results in them making a real positive difference to their organisations and the people around them. We also equip others to use the tools and processes we have developed.

In order to achieve this it is important to delve into, understand, and work with the fundamental drivers of human behaviour. If shifts happen at this level then surface behaviour is also likely to change. In doing this we aim to elevate people’s level of awareness of self and others. In essence, we help them raise their level of consciousness in order to see the impact of their actions, and to respond with awareness rather than react unconsciously. This is what we refer to as "personal mastery”.

This presentation will explore some key components of personal change that we use in our work.
