With summer just around the corner for the Southern Hemisphere, November is a beautiful time to visit Cape Town.

SAP Startup Focus program aims to help startups in the Big Data, predictive and realtime analytics space develop new applications on SAP HANA and accelerate market traction. SAP HANA is a completely re-engineered platform that transforms transactions, analytics, predictive, sentiment and spatial processing so that businesses can operate in real time.

The first day of the two-day event will be held in the beautiful Crystal Towers Hotel & Spa on November 19th, followed by our hugely successful and highly-praised HANA Technical Bootcamp at SAP’s offices in the city on Day 2.

Over a sixty startups have already registered to join the forum and learn about the opportunities the program may open for them. To join their ranks and attend the event, see the full registration details here.

Working closely with locally-based Danie Smit, the team have brought together local venture capitalists, investors and incubators to discuss what makes Cape Town the ideal hub for creating innovation and tech startups.

The event promises be very exciting and of huge interest to any startups in the area.  Attendees will also have the opportunity to pitch their own business to the team.
